The whole process took almost a month. This company wants to make sure that it's a 100% match for both sides. I had 4 rounds of interviews for the position: - Initial call with a recruiter - A call with a manager - Take-home exercise - A round of interviews with the top management (3 in total) After that, they conduct a reference check. By the end of the process, I had a clear vision of the company’s goals and vision, as well as a clear understanding of my work duties and personal goals for the first 3-6 months.
