The interview was straightforward. I was contacted by HR manager and then was passed to the hiring manager. Both of them mostly asked about my previous experience with email marketing and database management.

The HR person who I interviewed with told me I got the job and than did not contact me again to begin the paperwork. When I finally was able to reach her, I informed her that I put my 2 week notice. She was shocked and told me that I shouldn't have done that. I eventually was passed along to another member of the team to help me get the paperwork and begin working.

Interviewed by several members of the team. No one really seemed to have interview questions planned out or had really interviewed anyone before. It was very informal and a casual interview. The people were nice and I did accept the offer.
