Phone interview, then two rounds of in person interviews. What was odd is I had a fourth round in which they called me after my in person, asking the same questions I had in the in person interview, which was another round of a mock sales call.

Good job at selling the position. They ask hard hitting questions that make you think. I enjoyed the conversations I had with the interviewer. They want to make sure that you can handle the job and the work load.

It drug out and the communication was very bad. Did not offer me a job but only would offer me a job if I was not considering other jobs. The process was very confusing for me to say the least.

Don't waste your time the pay is too low and they have a 12k threshold that you are required to meet prior to being able to start receiving a commission.
