I was contacted by a Recruiter to let me know that I wasn't a fit. Long story short, I mis-read the job title/description before pushing "Easy Apply". Instead of the recruiter sending a generic reply, they went above and beyond to explain the situation, and that the team that was suited for hiring in my skillset was not currently hiring but she would make a note on my profile for other opportunities. I was blown away be the level of care and wanted to send a positive note. What an amazing candidate experience!
