Entretien
Very fast paced, informative, but definitely staged a bit but after getting the job I could see how and why they do things as so. They had three different managers come in, one after the other to each play a different role as a manager, or also as the client. It helped you to imagine a "day-in-the-life" and see what you were made of. It can be intimidating, but so can the client.
Not bad, pretty basic questions and my interviewer was very conversational and made me feel at ease. I think they just want to see that you can hold a conversation comfortably with a stranger and honestly anything goes here once you’re hired so really be yourself in the interview and make yourself stand out. Don’t be overly professional or timid.
The process started with an initial phone interview then a video interview with a sales manager that went into more detail and included a role play. I went through a referral so I was connected to a hiring manager right away.

The interview process was great. I sat down with one of the company's sales managers and she asked me questions about myself, my interests, and why I would choose to work at the company if hired. It seemed like the main thing the company is looking for in hiring new Account Executives is teachability and openness to feedback and open to feedback. It's also important to have a positive attitude and growth mindset. Overall, I had a good experience during the interview process and the person interviewing me was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
