15 minute phone interview followed by in person interview. Phone interview is to make sure you know how to talk on the phone. In person interview see if you can sell and if you can implement feedback.

Not bad, pretty basic questions and my interviewer was very conversational and made me feel at ease. I think they just want to see that you can hold a conversation comfortably with a stranger and honestly anything goes here once you’re hired so really be yourself in the interview and make yourself stand out. Don’t be overly professional or timid.
