The people are very easy to talk to. I had a phone interview first that lasted 15 minutes, then back to back Skype interviews with two managers each lasting 20-30 minutes. Phone: First very basic interview questions about myself and something interesting about myself, then a question or two about the company and what I know, then a question about the specific job. The final part of the phone interview I had to leave a message for a local business owner that been avoiding my calls. Skype: Began with questions about myself again, then the company and the position, pretty standard. Most of the two interviews on Skype were a sales call role play. Practice for this or if you don't have someone to practice with run through strategies and phrasing you should be using. Best advice I can give is use the advice they give you throughout the interview.
