Phone interview first. There was a scheduling error on their end day of, which was quite frustrating since I didn't plan to clear out my entire day just to wait for their call, and they just assumed I'd be available. That being said, the actual interview itself was fine. The interviewer was nice and engaging. She told me at the end of the interview that I had made it to the next round, which turned out to be 2 sales managers interviewing me in person at the location in SF.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
