The overall process is very structured and smooth. After the introductory discussion with HR, they will send a codility test link and post that you will be given an opportunity to do a cultural chat as well with a senior resource. Post that you will have 4 back to back rounds each of 45 minutes. At the start of my interview in the meet and greet HR head told me that they will try to come back with the results in a week and their mail suggests you will get a response in max 2 weeks. But I did not get feedback even after 3 weeks and 2-3 follow-ups. It is ok to say no but at least once you are in the line of growing up, a candidate deserves feedback. Hope they will learn this someday.
