Entretien
I first had a phone interview with one of the HR people which was fairly simple and they were very nice. Then they had me come into the office for an interview. I spoke to three different people, the first was a few questions about myself and a quick role play. The second was another role play, but a bit more difficult. The third was just kind of a character review and he asked me what I learned from the first two role plays. Nothing crazy. Do not know if I got the job yet.

The second role play was the most difficult part. They want to see how you respond to a tough situation on the phone.

Entretien
The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
