Amazing people, amazing recruiters. Started off with brief phone screen (15-20 min) with recruiter. Then one 45 minute Skype interview. Then two back-to-back Skype interviews with two of your potential managers. If you manage to wow one of them, then you're probably set! For me, the recruiting process was incredible. Upon an offer, you get a care package with tons of Yelp goodies, and then they continue to follow up and try to convince you to take the offer. Such a heartwarming place to work. I had an offer that I could not turn down but will definitely be looking at Yelp for full-time.
