Entretien
You will be taken on a tour of the office to show you the layout of the office and the open kitchen as well as the pods of teams making dials across the 4th and 5th floor.
You will then be brought into a room with the rest of the potential hires and watch a short video on the day in the life of the Yelp AE. It's a pretty straightforward process and this is usually when the person conducting the tour will cut out most of the fluff and give you an overview of what you would be expected to do in the AE role.
After the video and group interview, you will all individually be brought into a room with a manager or sales director and they will ask basic questions about your previous work experience, why Yelp, what other prospects, etc etc. They will end the interview with a role play, which is crucial to any sales role in general. You will be required to try your best to sell them something, anything you can think of. As long as you are persistent and asking questions, the interview should go smoothly.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
