J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (Phoenix, AZ)
Entretien
I applied to the job online, submitting a cover letter and resume online. The next day I received an email requesting a short, 15 minute phone interview. The phone interview felt like a refreshingly genuine interaction with a person--it mitigated all the typical interview questions. Next, I was asked to conduct an hour Skype interview with three managers at the location I was being considered. In this interview, I was asked, among other questions, to practice sales pitches as a future account executive. The exercise is really great in putting you in the shoes of what you will be doing in the day-to-day activities of the job. Each interviewer provides feedback, which you are asked to implement in the next pitch.

Question 1
If you do not have a background in sales, they will notice and really push you to convince them why you want to enter the field.
1 initial phone call to better understand the role, then if it's the right fit, second interview with some sales scenario role playing, but it's not too difficult. Overall a pretty easy process/

I applied online. I heard back within a couple of days. The process was very streamlined, with a 10 minute phone interview, 30 minute in person or online educational session and video interview and then a final phone interview. I didn't feel like the interview and the interviewers had much personality or control but it was easy and effective.

3 interviews, first over the phone, second in person, and third over the phone. All where questions about self, past experiences, and they ask me to sell them something during my interview as well.
