J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (San Francisco, CA)

The interview and hiring process is quick. The posts below really helped me with my interview. I applied one day, then 2 months later (weird) a recruiter emailed me to schedule a screening call. The screening call was 2 days later. The person on the other end of the line wants to hear that you aren't brain dead, know what the company does, and know the product you would be selling. Stress a passion for a career in sales where you are rewarded ($$) for hard work and closing deals. If you pass the screening call, next steps (an on site or skype interview) will be given during that call. My on site was 2 days later. I was interviewed by 3 sales managers for 20 minutes each. Be confident, relaxed, and smile. 1st interview--had to role play setting up an appointment for a pizza place. Be quick as possible and implement criticism next go around. This is huge! 2nd interview--had to try and close a deal with someone who had changed their mind about using Yelp for advertising. Make sure to understand their needs. Ask why. Then drop bombs on them about Yelp being the #1 online directory and mention that their competitors could be using ad services, etc. implement feedback! 3rd interview was a relaxed recap. Was told 5 days later about a background check being performed on me--that's when I knew I had the job.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
