J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (New York, NY) en sept. 2012
Entretien
About two days after submitting my resume and cover letter on the Yelp website, I received an email to schedule the initial phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 10-12 minutes, and we talked about my knowledge of Yelp and why I am interested in a sales position. (The recruiter gives you links to look at beforehand.) Very easy conversation. From there, I scheduled a Skype interview for the following week since I live out of state. I spoke to three different people, who I assume collaboratively decided whether or not to give me a job offer. The whole process was relatively easy, but you should definitely be prepared to participate in multiple sales role plays and to hold a conversation.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
