Got an initial mail asking for my availability for an interview with the hiring manager and another team member at their HQ. Rather classic interview questions asking deeply about my past experiences and how it matches this job offer. The overall experience was great and felt a good feeling. They mailed me the next day asking for the next step. They did an event and met the marketing director in which we talked about the creative aspect of the position and the possible missions involved. It was a rather discussion rather than interview. Following this discussion, they sent me a case study to do. It was 3 different questions related to the position and the creative aspect as well. Unfortunately did not get the position but the interview process was smooth and I appreciated their quick responses.
