I received a call inviting me for a group interview. The questions were situational questions like "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an irate customer..." The interviewer also asked us introduce ourselves, share about our experience and how it could be applied towards the position and company. Lastly, the interviewer asked us to name softwares we were familiar with. Overall, it was a positive and fair experience. At the end of the interview, the interviewer shared with us that the next step would be a one-on-one interview and they would be in touch.
