The fastest hiring process I had ever seen—two weeks from the HR call to the offer. HR team is a real team which helps you during the interview preparation and onboarding. There are multiple steps:
– Brief HR interview, in which you will schedule the meeting in the Yandex office.
– One technical interview with Software development director.
– One technical assignment (you have only 24 hours to finish this).
– One technical interview with the team lead.
– Offer in the same day.
