A lot of steps, and unfortunately when you go through 4-5 interviews one of them would be “in a bad mood”. I was dumped after the 4th round of the coding interviews due to me being not “efficient enough” even though I solved all the tasks presented. Last interviewer was eager to make comments and distract my line of thought with constant corrections, which made me lose my concentration and therefore not fit in time limit. Overall - okay experience but too long of an interviewing process just needs one biased person to call everything off.
