Expect a minimum of three interviews and for it to be a slow process. You might have to follow-up more than once with the original recruiter and interviewer because it's only 1 or 2 people for alot of candidates.

Disappointing Experience After a Long and Promising Interview Process.
The first step of the interview process was a self-recorded video answering three questions. Shortly after, I was invited to a 40-minute pre-screen interview with a recruiter, who emphasized multiple times how impressed the hiring manager was with my video and professional experience.
The process moved very slowly, often taking a week or more between steps. After the pre-screen, I spoke with the hiring manager (who would have been my direct supervisor), and then had a panel interview with five team members. I prepared extensively, and the interviews seemed to go very well. I continued to receive positive feedback throughout, with the recruiter frequently stating how impressed the team was.
However, after completing all the interview steps, a month passed without a decision. I reached out for an update and informed HR that I had another offer pending, but YPO remained my top choice. The HR representative responded that she would update the hiring manager to get me an answer soon — but after that, I was completely ghosted. I never heard from them again.
In the end, I accepted the other offer, and in retrospect, I'm grateful I did. The slow, disorganized process and lack of communication reflected poorly on the organization's internal operations and respect for candidates' time. They should be more transparent about their hiring timelines and significantly improve their communication. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

While everyone was very nice and perfectly professional, the interview process took many weeks without much follow-up. In addition, while all interviewers were kind as can be, most were more nervous than I (it seemed) and not well versed in interviewing skills. Perhaps it was because most were via Skype that it felt that way, but I left my first, second, and third interview feeling overqualified for the position because of it.
