I applied online for the customer sales position. I had telephone interview which lasted 15 mn where I was asked about my career background. I found their application process to be very timely and structured but unfortunately I failed the typing test which I found confusing because there was no mock test to prepare me and I had no idea what they meant by using luxury tone.

lengthy, had a telephone interview, then a group assessment, then a 1:1 interview with management and lastly 1 week training with a test at the end, if you pass the test you get the job, if you fail you do not get the job
