I approached a person working at the firm through LinkedIn and he was kind enough to forward my CV to the Vice president. After a week, I received a message from a Hiring Manager asking to schedule an appointment for phone screening. He asked me a few behavioral questions. Explained their company situation and what they do and what the role they are hiring for entails. I am currently waiting to hear back from them.
