Entretien
Phone Screens with recruiter and hiring manager were easy and cordial. On-site interview was a bit disorganized. First interviewer was a last minute substitute. It was apparent the hiring manager had made another selection by the time he walked in.

Entretien
I never made it to an interview. A Xylem Recruiter reached out to me. I provided times I was available. She never contacted me. I reached out, she provided excuses (e.g. she doesn't check the site she used to contact me). I provided another set of availability. She never contacted me. I reached out again, a different set of excuses. I sent another set of availability. We agreed to a time (yay, progress). She never called; she never followed up. I replied that this was not going to work out. I reached out to a manager in corporate HR after the 2nd failed attempt; never heard back from that person either.
