phone screen was really easy, didnt take more than 15 minutes. Not sure if this was the recruiters first job. received a call back a few weeks later to come in to interview. met with the hiring manager for a 1/2hr to go over details and then spoke to the HR Manager who proceeded to tell me everything about HER life and kids. what a joke, i should have known then this was not the place for me
