Initial interview with HR and was ghosted without notice. After 2 weeks, HR replied and conducted the interview. Each HR reply takes about a week. HR do not have the curtesy to inform candidate about status even if the candidate made it to the final interview round. This is something that I have yet to experience and find it rather unprofessional.
