Some time ago, I applied for a front-end developer role and was asked to complete a take-home assignment, which I submitted on time. Sadly, after that, communication went completely dead. Weeks went by with no feedback, no updates, and no reply to my follow-up emails. It’s a bit of a joke to put in the time and effort, only to be ghosted like that. This lack of respect for candidates' time is simply not cool.
