The interview lasted one hour. It included the Director of Client Services and an employee that I might be replacing. While I did not seem to be a good fit for that position, she cross interviewed me and suggested other positions I would be a good match for, based on my experience and skillset. The DCS asked very good questions related to my job experience and also gave an overview of the initial training and starting roles. She also answered my questions without being to vague. They will be reviewing with another manager and present an offer on Monday.
