I have applied through naukri and attended the interview for Java developer first they will say we will give 100 % hike on your current CTC but at last after completing everything they will say we can only offer 30% hike on previous packages and one more thing they will reschedule your interview multiple times. You can have to resign your current company before you attending hr discussion and submit resignation letter which is very worst they won't consider outside offers . My suggestion don't spoil candidates valuable time if you don't want to provide package basing on market standard.
