Reached out to via LinkedIn. PayPal recruiter asked me via email to fill out a list of questions about Java and work experience. Handed off to a recruiting coordinator.
Recruiting coordinator set a time for me in the first message (we hadn't talked yet, and I didn't give availability)
Interviewer never called. RC was on PTO and did not respond.
Rescheduled, given a refactoring task via Google docs. The engineering manager on the call went on mute to give me time to "think".
Overall call went okay, a weird experience. Recruiting coordinator said it "actually went well" and asked for dates for an on-site. Gave dates and she never responded after that.
Just a odd experience and I'm glad that I had a backlog of companies that I'm more interested in.

Entretien
They called on my cellphone for initial technical phone screen. The interviewer was very much impressed,and invited me onsite. I am supposed to me meeting with 5 people. But only 3 guys turned up that day and asked me to come on another day to meet the vice president engineering. It turned out the other day i ended up talking to the same person who interviewed me on phone, then first day and last day he wanted me to do some coding sitting next to him as a peer to peer review. Over all interview process was pretty good. It can be little more organized as the interviewer trying to frame questions in the interview like unprepared etc.
