Quite straight forward, after submitting CV and receiving interview request it was more a discussion about what I wanted to achieve, ambitions etc. Spent quite a lot of time getting to know me which was nice. A couple of technical expertise questions e.g. brownfield experience, field developments, what areas I preferred to focus on / interested me most.
