Approached recruiter through LinkedIn. Arranged quick call with hiring manager to discuss about the role immediately followed by telephonic and online coding round. After that was called for a face to face interview where almost 4 technnical, 1 manager, 1 director and 1 HR round happened.
Technically they asked more than what is required for the role.
HR asked to wait for 2 days for the result. After that was following them up from time to time. They keep on telling to wait. In middle they even did a reference check with my previous employer as well.
And they want to do reference check with my current employer also even before releasing any offer and thank God I told them it's not possible.
Again that again I was asked to wait. Stupid people. How long people would wait. If you don't want to offer just tell that on face or atleast send a mail for courtesy instead of keeping other person waiting. This waiting process is like more than a month now. Very unprofessional way of handling. Makes me wonder the company culture and Hr support for employee.

Interviewer admitted to being completely ignorant about the technology or even the broad direction of the department.
Interviewer was proven in material fact to be completely two-faced and libelous. This is a warning to anyone not to risk having their good professional reputation DAMAGED by a thoroughly unethical company.
