Initial phone screening went well, I then interviewed with the hiring manager. Overall I think it went well, even from the feedback, I showed strong technical skills etc but only reason they didn't move forward is that they prefer someone with more stable career (staying with a company for more than 4 years.) Kinda confused and wondering if its a dealbreaker.
