Very easy. Submitted resume, got email back right away. Email back was very unprofessional, made it sound like they were desperate for people. Did phone interview next day. Asked basic Java questions, pretty easy. Some Spring questions. Junit stuff. They told me right away they wanted me to come for in-person. In-person, met with 4 people, plus HR. HR did a great job going over all the benefits, etc. Technical interviewers were really weak. Only the chief architect asked me anything of substance. Also met with a lead developer, and couldn't believe that person was a lead. Definitely seemed like a lack of solid management or technical skills here. Didn't get into soft skills at all, and pretty light on technical stuff. I think I asked more questions of them than they did of me. Received offer a few days later.

Question 1
They asked me some Spring questions I didn't know (that's not my forte). Nothing very hard. Had to write a Junit test and also an inner class.

Overall, the interviewers were respectful and friendly, and the process moved relatively quickly. The recruiter and hiring manager were communicative, and the conversations were pleasant.
That said, the technical evaluation felt much lighter than expected for a Senior Software Engineer role. The onsite consisted mostly of basic Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and behavioral questions, with no coding exercise or system design discussion despite those being mentioned earlier in the process. The interview also felt somewhat unstructured, with interviewers asking overlapping questions.
The engineering team appears to value stability and long-term employees, which may appeal to candidates looking for a mature environment. However, candidates expecting a rigorous senior-level technical interview focused on architecture, distributed systems, or coding challenges may find the process surprisingly basic.
