Well structured with a clear agenda, but without terse or hostile atmosphere. 2 people carried out the interview, hiring manager and somone currently doing the role, which provided plenty of scope for asking about the role in detail and what I could expect. the process took 5 days, 4 rounds. All interviews were virtual due to pandemics. The interview was around 1-2 hrs per day. Multiple questions from Scrum Board, user stories, sprint velocity, Fix Budget Projects.
