I did all the paperwork on line and they lost it. I redid it but they said they lost my background check. They found it 3 days later. It took forever. The place is awful

I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.
