J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Xerox (Arlington, TX) en oct. 2013

Went to Xerox to just simply full out and application on 10/08, stayed for 2-3 hours to complete a skills test and got 2 interviews on that same day. Both went well. Accepted the job offer. Was told that a series of emails will arrive to me and that I have 48 hours to complete a drug test and to submit my fingerprints--ok, no problem!
Received one email that allowed me to print out a form get my fingerprints. Kept waiting on the other series of emails to get to me so that I can have everything completed within 48 hours.
Here's the stupid unprofessional part on recruiter's end: day 3-4 called more than 2xs and emailed the recruiter about not receiving the drug test authorizationafter my fingerprints were submitted. After tireless calls and emails I gave up! Mind you, I had already received and accepted my job offer letter stating that I got the job, and reminding me to take a drug test within 48 hours! I was told to look in my Spam folder for this authorization, and trust me...I was stalking it for a few days, and received nothing!
Unprofessional of the recruiter on his end for not following up with me on the drug test authorization form.
A position with better pay, hours and benefits from another company already hired me on their payroll! I'm glad for that.
With this position at Xerox, I got the job--but didn't get the job? You see what I mean?

The interview process was your standard one on one meeting with a team lead or a supervisor. Xerox was fairly quick in getting back in touch with me for an offer possibly around 2-3 days.
