The interview process was excellent; the company clearly values candidates' time and offers feedback even if they are not selected. It’s a testament to how much they value people. I wish every company demonstrated such consideration.

First part was a phone screen with some basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Second part was a live pair programming session where I refactored some code, a really good style for a more experienced developer. Third and final part was a SQL question & answer session. Overall great interviewers and an enjoyable process.
