So the issue with this process is that you have to pass an assessment before you are even considered- this process results in bad "batching" there is no way to confirm a diversity pool that is representative of the population that occupies that particular field - Further more the test was created in 1955 by a white man- HIGHLY DOUBT they ever had someone like me in mind when creating this assessment, an AA female-although it is "updated" today. implementing a PI Cognitive Assessment process in staffing is sad-do better and hire character- skills can always be taught.

I did not to get to interview because
I assume I did not reach the desired score on the assessment- I took the assessment and never heard back from the recruiter- She ghosted me once I proved to be less valuable. The recruiter indicated that they could not share what the desired threshold was... you can't win a game if you don't even know what the winning score looks like .....
