There were total of 4 rounds. I have cleared all of that but at the end they said they only prefer immediate joiners and finally they gave a lame excuse as in they recruited someone who was an internal reference. I mean I don’t see the point of wasting a candidates time for this long if they don’t have an opening for them. Round 1: Interview with the UX lead for the project It was all technical and case study discussion. Round 2: Interview with partner ( foreigner ) again it was purely technical. Round 3: Interview to check culture background. Round 4: Final interview with HR India head.
