Aptitude questions matters only! Technical Interview is hardly technical. I was asked ISO-OSI layers and I gave the wrong answer. Then the interviwer helped by saying I was speaking of TCP/IP...:) HR round was easy. I was asked What I think of working women? Its your attitude that will get you through.
