It was my first interview. Though I felt it was quite a moderate interview, anyone can crack it by simple preparation. My personal recommendation is to thoroughly go through the job description and use technical jargon in your interview (if required ).
It was very fair and enabled us to speak honestly about our thoughts and ideas regarding several aspects of the business model. We were given insight in to the mechanisms of the company.
