Got invited for a Codility test out of the blue after I had assumed that I didn't make it past resume screening.
Had interviews with 2 engineers after passing the OA.

After finishing programming test, had to finish a personality test. Had to interview with 2 developers. Talk about programming experience or any other experiences. Then, 1:1 interview with HR manager.
