Interview was casual. They asked about past work experiences and some basic interview questions. Overall, I think this is going to be a great place to work for. It was a recommended place to work through my college.

Takes long time, rigorous process. Could be faster. I had to meet with so many people, it was hard to keep up with the name. It’s not like I didn’t enjoy the process, but it get’s very long by the end of the day.

Brief phone screening with the manager.
On site interview with manager and a small panel of the management team.
Basic interview process of going over resume and a tour of the facility.

Be ready to respond to behavioral questions. They are not smart, so be prepared to used the STAR method and they will be happy that you in this method.
