First interview was on the telephone with Human Resource. The whole 30 minute phone interview was based around how I handle a very high strung stressful work environment and difficult supervisor as well as my salary requirements. There wasn't one single question on my skill set or experience. The first interview felt like the environment was a very toxic place to work. Never heard anything back. Very unprofessional .
