Terminal Mgr did interview. Matter of fact, just a formality. Seemed interested more in filling a position than anything. NOTE: XPO compared to Conway said ALL interviews will be done by an FOS (Dispatcher), not Terminal Manager. This isn't a good idea; Upper mgnmnt should be 100% involved. Never worked for a Transportation company where a non-manager was in charge of interviews and hiring. Yet another change of how XPO wants to do things. Terminal Manager doesn't do much in my view now.
