Fully online Interview. 1st round of interview includes Personality Test, English Test and Presentation based on a given topic before interview. I was interviewed by the head of the Management Trainee Program. The questions asked during the first interview are listed below. After a week, I was informed that I managed to enter the 2nd round of interview. The interview includes logical test and verbal reasoning test. I was interviewed by my preferred department's HOD. Not much technical questions were asked. The interviewer just wanted to know more about my previous working experience to determine whether I understand the purposes of my tasks or not. The interviewer also asked me about some specific tasks because the tasks that the interviewer mentioned will be carried out duing the Management Trainee Program. The interviewer also told me about their expectations on a Management Trainee. I can say that the 2nd interview is more like a coffee talk. However, it was sad to know that I was rejected by the HOD

I had 2 rounds of interview. First was a presentation where a topic will be given 1 week before interview. Second interview was interviewed by HOD, it was more to a chit chat session to know more about you, no technical question was asked.
