Three interviews with various people, sat with the CEO at the time and made a presentation. Talked about my work life, growing up and hobbies. Felt at ease but my presentation wasn’t needed.

Interview was arranged via email after sending my CV through to Sales Team Manager for that department. I met with them at the office I would be based at. Very informal, was given a brief overview of the role. Largely felt like getting to know someone and almost as if I was given the job already and this was more of a formality than a formal interview. Which was slightly odd given I had relatively little experience in this industry or any working knowledge of the company already. Discussed the role I was currently in, and the way the business was looking to move forward. I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and any areas I would like to improve on.
