I got an email with some general questions, then phone interview, in-person interview with 4 people. From the 4 interviewers, 2 of them would be my manager and director and the other 2 were from other department who would work with me time to time. They were very unprepared, reading my resume as they were talking to me, asked same questions over and over again. When I asked how my position would interact with their position, they couldn't really answer because they don't really know my position. Then I talked to finance director and from the start, she said that this position is very stressful and high pressure with strict due dates and she doesn't think that I can handle the pressure. So I explained my past experiences in tight deadline/high pressured environment and how I managed the tasks. Then she went on again with the same story how Twitter is very fast-paced, tight deadlines and that other company's tight deadline is not really a deadline but in Twitter it is. And went on saying how she doesn't think I can handle their pressure. So at this point, it was very clear to me that she already made up her mind that I'm a person who can't handle Twitter pressure before even trying to get to know me. If you are going to judge someone without even trying to get to know that person, don't waste other ppl's time.
