Interview process has been horrible so far. Completed the coding challenge with no difficulty, but my college recruiter keeps ducking my e-mails (followed up 3 or 4 times) and hasn't reached out to me in weeks. I'd be fine if they told me that they didn't want to review my application any further — that way, I can at least get some closure. I think this whole non-responsive situation looks incredibly bad in terms of transparency, and it has impacted how I view the company.
