I applied via internal reference. Two days after application they send me an email asking me to do a online coding challenge. Super easy but a little bit teasing. Just be careful.
Right after online challenge we scheduled a phone interview 1 week later. It's on a collaborative coding site. Question is something about OOP.
3 business days later they told me they have 3 back-to-back screen interviews and 1 cultural interviews. The first one doesn't have technical questions. It's just about my project experience and domain expertise. The second and third one each have a technical question. Not very hard but I thought I screwed the second one. Guess I did good in other two.
One week later they told me I had offers from 3 teams.
Could have gone smoother. More preparation would have given me a better shot. I had other offers so did not take it as serious . Great company overall and would love another chance
At a conference I talked to a rep and they offered an interview on the spot for the next day. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire online before the interview and then was encouraged to reach out to other people. The interview consisted of a behavioral followed by a high level tech one

Online interview during the covid time, first introduce yourself, and due to the fact that it was an internship for a Twitter's policies on fake news, they asked on a situation and how would I react to the situation accordingly.
